Do You Make Your Own BDSM Gear?

Yes. We personally manufacture our leather gear, suede gear, wood products, bondage furniture, restraints, collars, cuffs, harnesses, floggers, paddles, and many other BDSM items in our Florida workshop.

Unlike many online BDSM stores, we do not import our handcrafted products from overseas. Our leather and wood products are proudly made in the USA using quality materials and traditional craftsmanship.

Do You Offer Custom Sizes?

Yes. Many of our collars, cuffs, harnesses, restraints, and wearable BDSM items are made to order using the measurements you provide.

We do not charge extra simply because you require a larger or smaller size. Whether you're a size 4 or a size 24, we believe everyone deserves properly fitting gear.

Do You Build Fully Custom Items?

We generally do not accept completely custom projects. However, we may be able to make minor modifications to certain products that we manufacture ourselves.

How Long Does It Take To Make My Order?

Because many of our products are handcrafted to order, production times vary.

Small leather items typically ship within approximately 10 business days. Larger items, specialty products, and dungeon furniture may require additional production time.

Why Haven't I Received A Reply To My Email?

We answer every customer email, usually within 24 business hours.

If you have not received a response, please check your spam or junk folder. Some email providers may incorrectly filter our messages.

What Leather Weight Do You Use?

Leather thickness varies depending on the product.

Some items use lighter leather for flexibility and comfort, while heavy-duty restraints, harnesses, and bondage gear may use thicker leather for additional strength and durability.

We manufacture many of our products ourselves and sell directly to our customers.

How Do You Ship Orders?

Your privacy is important to us.

Orders are shipped discreetly using the business name Micronack Technologies LLC. Product names, website references, and BDSM-related descriptions do not appear on the outside of the package.

Small items typically ship through the United States Postal Service, while larger products and furniture may ship via FedEx or other freight carriers.

Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

What Will Appear On My Credit Card Statement?

For privacy and discretion, charges will appear under a neutral business description associated with Micronack Technologies LLC.

No BDSM-related wording appears on your billing statement.

Can I Place An Order By Phone?

We do not currently accept phone orders.

No. BDSMGear.com operates as an online business and manufacturing workshop.

We do not maintain a public showroom or retail storefront. Occasionally we attend trade shows and events where customers can meet us and purchase products directly.
