Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are stated on every item page.

Most collars, basic cuffs, clamps and CBT items, have a reduced shipping rate of $0.50 if purchased with other items.
These items usually have an item number that begins with the letter *Z*. If purchased alone these items have a shipping rate of $6.00

Shipping starts at a flat rate of 6.00. The shopping cart will automatically calculate shipping based on the order placed. We charge full amount on the first and most expenisive shipping item (ie furniture) and a reduced rate of 50% on the remaining items.

If the shopping cart has over calculated your shipping we will adjust your order to a more accurate amount.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with BDSM gear! We try our best to ship your products as soon as possible. 90% of our items are custom made to YOUR specifications therefore depending on the amount of orders, it could take anywhere from THREE to TEN WORKING DAYS (ie., no holidays or weekends) UNLESS PRIOR arrangements are made, to make and ship you order.

If this is a rush order please let me know. I am more then willing to work with our customers.

All USA orders are shipped priority mail or UPS Ground, with delivery confirmation.

ALL large furniture items are shipped UPS Ground.

All items are sent in a priority mail package or a plain brown box with a return address of Micronack Technologies.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to nearly all countries; once again your item is shipped, depending on size, via a global envelope or a plain brown box. If possible we will put some form of confirmation on it.

Please be aware that we DO NOT FALSIFY CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS and that we have NO control over customs. Most items get to their destination within 10 days of mailing, however, if customs decides to hold the item it could take as long as 90 working days. This is out of our control.
