Thank you for shopping with Micronack Technologies LLC DBA BDSMGear.com. We do our best to ship every order as quickly as possible while still giving each product the time and attention it deserves.
Many of our BDSM gear, bondage gear, leather restraints, collars, cuffs, harnesses, floggers, paddles, wood products, metal items, and dungeon furniture pieces are handmade or made to order in the USA. Because of that, production time may vary depending on the product, order volume, materials, weekends, and holidays.
Discreet Shipping
Your privacy is important to us. Orders from BDSMGear.com are shipped discreetly.
Packages are sent in plain packaging, such as a Priority Mail package or plain brown box. The outside of the package does not show BDSM-related wording, product names, website references, or adult descriptions.

Where We Ship
At this time, BDSMGear.com ships orders within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Production Time for Handmade BDSM Gear
Many of our products are made when you order them. Smaller leather items, restraints, collars, cuffs, floggers, paddles, straps, and similar handmade BDSM gear may take approximately 3 to 10 working days before shipping, unless a different time frame is listed on the product page or arranged in advance.
Working days do not include weekends or holidays. Please allow additional time during busy seasons, holidays, large order periods, or when ordering specialty items.
Shipping Methods
Most smaller USA orders ship by USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
Larger items, heavy products, and dungeon furniture may ship by UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or another appropriate carrier.
Because some orders ship by UPS, FedEx, or freight carrier, it is important that you provide a valid street address when ordering.
Dungeon Furniture Shipping
Our dungeon furniture is handmade in the USA, in our shop, when you order it.
We do not mass produce bondage furniture, and we do not keep dungeon furniture sitting in stock. Each piece is made one at a time by our craftsmen and may include your selected colors, options, or sizing details.
Because dungeon furniture is handmade and often large or heavy, it takes longer to build, pack, and ship than smaller BDSM gear items.

This estimate is usually fairly accurate. Furniture really does take time to build properly. Please order early if you need a piece by a specific date.
No Rush Orders on Furniture
We do not accept rush orders on dungeon furniture.
Each furniture order requires materials, labor, construction, finishing, packing, and carrier scheduling. Rushing that process can affect quality, and we will not sacrifice craftsmanship on handmade bondage furniture.
Shipping Delays
Once a package leaves our shop, carrier delays may happen due to weather, holidays, address issues, routing delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
We will ship your order as soon as reasonably possible, but delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by BDSMGear.com.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, missing apartment number, refused package, or delivery issue caused by incorrect customer information, additional shipping charges may apply.
