We started with our straight vise and then to make sure it really hurts we added a row of 1/2 inch spikes across the bottom and long 1 1/4 inch spikes across the top. This gives a sensation unlike any other breast torture device, and an appearance that is out of this world!
Worn loosely this vice can be worn for hours at the club. The spikes are dull enough that they wont puncture easily, but thats not to say they cant if the vice is over-tightened.
