Ball stretchers are a staple of CBT play but most of them share a common limitation, they can be adjusted or removed by the submissive if the dominant is not actively present. The two locking straps mean the submissive cannot loosen, adjust, or remove the device without the key, giving the dominant the freedom to leave the room, attend to other things, or simply focus on other aspects of the scene without worrying about what the submissive might be doing with the hardware.
The solid D-ring on the bottom opens up an additional dimension of CBT play that many ball stretchers cannot offer. By attaching weights to the D-ring the dominant can increase the stretching sensation during the session, and by locking those weights in place with a small padlock the dominant can ensure they stay attached for as long as desired. The submissive then carries the full weight of whatever is attached with no ability to remove it, which creates a continuous CBT experience that requires no active participation from the dominant to maintain.
