Get your grind on. The X5 Grinder offers a soft, realistic hand-sculpted shaft with a suction cup that sticks to smooth surfaces.
Take advantage of the fact that your hand controls everything: pace, pressure, rotation, and exactly when to stop. Sometimes the best sensation comes from finding one angle that works and staying there instead of constantly moving. That's a lot of variety from something with no buttons at all. A suction base can free your hands and make positioning easier.
