Returns Are for Store Credit Only

BDSMGear.com accepts eligible returns and exchanges for store credit only. We do not issue cash refunds on non-defective items.

Health and Safety Restrictions

Due to health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that may come into contact with bodily fluids or intimate areas. Once these items leave our facility, they are considered used and cannot be resold.

This policy protects our customers, our employees, and the integrity of every order we ship.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

For health and safety reasons, non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

  • Pins, needles, wheels, or items that pierce or break the skin

Defective Items

If a product is found to be defective within 30 days from the invoice date, please contact us for assistance.

Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only. We do not exchange defective items for different products.

Please email us with your order information, a description of the problem, and clear photos if possible. We will review the issue and provide instructions.

Non-Defective Eligible Returns

We may accept eligible non-defective returns or exchanges within 30 days from the invoice date, provided the item does not create a health or safety risk and is not on the non-returnable list.

All approved non-defective returns are issued as store credit for the item amount only.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on non-defective returns and exchanges.

Furniture Orders and Cancellations

Dungeon furniture and other large bondage furniture items often require planning, materials, labor, and production time.

A 25% restocking fee will be charged on furniture orders that are placed and then cancelled after 3 days.

Lifetime Guarantee Items

Many BDSM gear items manufactured in our shop are covered by our lifetime guarantee. This includes many of the dungeon furniture, leather gear, cuffs, restraints, floggers, paddles, wood products, metal items, and other handmade products we manufacture.

If a covered item manufactured by BDSMGear.com breaks or wears out under normal use, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

The lifetime guarantee applies only to items we manufacture. It does not apply to third-party products, lingerie, videos, vibrators, novelty products, or other merchandise made by outside companies.

Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior instructions may be refused.
